Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by slicing vegetables and cooking protein.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
- Lay the wrapper flat and add protein, vegetables, and herbs.
- Roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Store uncut rolls in an airtight container and place a damp paper towel over them for best quality.
