Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel and slice the cucumbers.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, red chili flakes, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Slice cucumbers thin for better texture.
