Tropical Raspberry Smoothie

A bright and creamy smoothie packed with tropical flavors and healthy fats, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ⅓ cup frozen avocado
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
  • Water to blend
  • Hemp protein powder (optional)
  • 1 banana (for topping)
  • 1 cup raspberries (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (for topping)
  • ¼ cup granola (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon dried rose petals (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Gather your frozen fruit and yogurt.
  2. Put the frozen raspberries, pineapple, avocado, and frozen banana in a blender.
  3. Add the yogurt and a little water to help start blending.
  4. Stop and scrape the sides if needed, adding more water in small amounts until the mix is smooth and thick.
  5. For more protein and texture, consider adding hemp protein powder or seeds.
  6. Serve in a bowl or tall glass topped with sliced banana, fresh raspberries, hemp seeds, granola, and dried rose petals.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a thicker smoothie. Adjust the amount of raspberries for a lighter color. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
