Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta of choice (optional)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and add Cajun seasoning.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve over cooked pasta if desired.
