- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta of choice (optional)
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add Cajun seasoning.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked pasta if desired.
Notes
Use quality Parmesan for better flavor. Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for spiciness. Can be served over pasta, rice, or on its own.
