Savor Tilapia in Roasted Pepper Sauce

Delight in the healthy and flavorful tilapia fillets topped with a smoky roasted pepper sauce.

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 cups roasted red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the roasted peppers, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place tilapia fillets in a baking dish and pour the roasted pepper sauce over the top.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days. Reheat carefully to maintain tenderness.
