- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 cups roasted red peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the roasted peppers, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Place tilapia fillets in a baking dish and pour the roasted pepper sauce over the top.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the fish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use room-temperature fillets for even cooking. Pat the fish dry before baking to help the sauce stick.
