- 1 pound ground beef (or your choice of meat)
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 finely chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For the glaze, mix remaining honey and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until blended. Drizzle over meatballs before serving.
Notes
Do not overmix the meat for tender meatballs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
