Ingredients

  • 4 nori sheets
  • 1 cup cooked salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • Soy sauce, for dipping
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the nori sheets into small squares.
  2. Mix diced salmon with cream cheese in a bowl.
  3. Place a nori square in a muffin tin and fill it with the salmon mixture.
  4. Top with diced avocado and cucumber.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
