- 4 nori sheets
- 1 cup cooked salmon
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- Soy sauce, for dipping
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut the nori sheets into small squares.
- Mix diced salmon with cream cheese in a bowl.
- Place a nori square in a muffin tin and fill it with the salmon mixture.
- Top with diced avocado and cucumber.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
