Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions and drain.

- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles and soy sauce, tossing until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding an egg, scrambling it in the pan before mixing with the noodles.
