Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 soft flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Diced onions
  • Cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the patties in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to get a good sear. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until well browned.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, onion powder, and garlic powder to create the Big Mac sauce.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan.
  6. To assemble, place a smashed burger patty in a tortilla, add lettuce, diced onions, cheese, and drizzle with the Big Mac sauce.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use medium-high heat for searing patties and press them thin for crispy edges.
