- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 soft flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Lettuce leaves
- Diced onions
- Cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the patties in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to get a good sear. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until well browned.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, onion powder, and garlic powder to create the Big Mac sauce.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan.
- To assemble, place a smashed burger patty in a tortilla, add lettuce, diced onions, cheese, and drizzle with the Big Mac sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use medium-high heat for searing patties and press them thin for crispy edges.
