- 200g Spekulatius cookies
- 100g cream cheese
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Crush the Spekulatius cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat completely.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Dust with cocoa powder and let set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Chill the shaped balls before dipping to help the chocolate set.
