Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Shredded chicken
- Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- Cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- Butter (optional, for brushing)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
- Lettuce and tomatoes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the buns.
- Top with cheese, then place the top halves of the buns on.
- Brush the tops with melted butter, if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and garnish with lettuce and tomatoes if using.
Notes
Warm the buns slightly before building for a soft bite. Use shredded rotisserie chicken for saving time.
