Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Shredded chicken
  • Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • Cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Butter (optional, for brushing)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
  • Lettuce and tomatoes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the buns.
  5. Top with cheese, then place the top halves of the buns on.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter, if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  8. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and garnish with lettuce and tomatoes if using.
