Ingredients

- 4 medium Carrots, peeled and julienned
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 3 tablespoons Hot oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
Instructions
- Peel and julienne the carrots.
- In a pan, heat hot oil and add minced garlic.
- Toss in the julienned carrots and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add coriander, salt, and rice vinegar.
- Mix well and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Let the salad rest before serving to enhance flavor. Store in a clean airtight container in the fridge for up to 4–5 days.
