Spicy Korean Carrots

Description

A bright and crunchy side dish with heat and tang, perfect for complementing various meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Carrots, peeled and julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 3 tablespoons Hot oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel and julienne the carrots.
  2. In a pan, heat hot oil and add minced garlic.
  3. Toss in the julienned carrots and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add coriander, salt, and rice vinegar.
  5. Mix well and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let the salad rest before serving to enhance flavor. Store in a clean airtight container in the fridge for up to 4–5 days.
