Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, feta cheese, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
- Serve with a salad and drizzle with green Goddess dressing.
Notes
Do not overmix the meat. Press a small dimple in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly. If the mix feels too wet, chill for 15 minutes before forming patties. Use a nonstick skillet and medium heat to avoid burning the outside.
