Description

Quick and tasty turkey burgers infused with fresh spinach and feta cheese, perfect for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, feta cheese, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
  5. Serve with a salad and drizzle with green Goddess dressing.

Notes

Do not overmix the meat. Press a small dimple in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly. If the mix feels too wet, chill for 15 minutes before forming patties. Use a nonstick skillet and medium heat to avoid burning the outside.
