Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered erythritol until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cheesecake mixture evenly on the sheet.
- Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the cheesecake mixture.
- Use a knife to swirl the chocolate into the cheesecake mix for a marbled effect.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy as a snack or dessert!
