Strawberry Cream Pie

A light and easy strawberry cream pie using a ready pie crust, cream cheese, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries, perfect for warm days and gatherings.

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Spread the cream filling into the cooled pie crust.
  6. Top with the sliced strawberries, arranging them as desired.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use cold heavy cream for easier whipping. Beat cream cheese until very smooth to avoid lumps. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese so the filling stays light. Slice strawberries evenly for a neat top.
