  • 1 cup fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed strawberries and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
  5. In a serving dish, layer the cookie mixture, cream cheese mixture, and crushed strawberries alternately.
  6. Top with additional whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
