- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water and mix well.
- Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.
- Once thickened, fold in the whipped cream, diced strawberries, and mini marshmallows if using.
- Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
