Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar-free strawberry jello in boiling water until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water and mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the jello mixture to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping and sliced strawberries gently.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, soften the cream cheese to room temperature and beat until smooth before adding jello. This dessert pairs well with cookies or graham crackers.
