Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter (optional, for greasing)
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, whipped cream, or ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the apples in half and scoop out the core to create a hollow center.
  3. In a bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup.
  4. Fill the apple halves with the oat mixture.
  5. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with butter if desired.
  6. Place the stuffed apple halves in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the tops are crisp.
  8. Serve warm with optional toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer until warmed through.
