Ingredients

- 2 large apples
- 1 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter (optional, for greasing)
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, whipped cream, or ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the apples in half and scoop out the core to create a hollow center.
- In a bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup.
- Fill the apple halves with the oat mixture.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with butter if desired.
- Place the stuffed apple halves in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the tops are crisp.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer until warmed through.
