A quick and light sugar-free strawberry jello salad that’s perfect for potlucks and is easy for cooks of any level.

- 1 package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup whipped topping (sugar-free if desired)
Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar-free strawberry gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the cold water and mix well.
- Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes.
- Add the sliced strawberries and gently fold them into the gelatin mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped topping and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best taste. Let the gelatin cool a few minutes before adding fruit to keep the berries intact.
