A quick and easy stir fry that combines ground turkey, fresh Thai basil, and colorful vegetables for a delicious weeknight meal.

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and snap peas, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the Thai basil leaves and green onions just before serving.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh Thai basil. Serve hot over steamed rice with lime wedges for an added zest.
