Instructions
- Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, combine soy sauce, chili paste, brown sugar, garlic powder, and sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the cooked ramen to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional minute until heated through.
- Serve hot in a bowl, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Do not overcook the noodles and drain well so the sauce sticks. You can customize with a fried egg, cooked shrimp, or veggies.
