TikTok Ramen Recipe with Egg

Description

A quick and tasty ramen recipe featuring a rich buttery garlic sauce and a perfectly cooked egg.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Package Ramen
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Red Pepper Flakes or Cayenne Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
  • Scallions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen until almost done, drain and set aside (don’t add the seasoning packet).
  2. Heat up the butter on medium-low heat until melted.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for a few minutes until soft but not burnt.
  4. Add red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until the brown sugar is dissolved.
  5. Toss the noodles in and coat them with the sauce.
  6. Crack your egg on top and either scramble it in or cover the pan and cook until the egg whites are mostly set.
  7. Top with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning and garnish with scallions.
  8. Serve hot in a bowl.

Notes

Do not add the ramen seasoning packet. If you prefer runny yolks, cover the pan just until whites are set.
