A quick and tasty ramen recipe featuring a rich buttery garlic sauce and a perfectly cooked egg.
Ingredients

- 1 Package Ramen
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Red Pepper Flakes or Cayenne Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
- Scallions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the ramen until almost done, drain and set aside (don’t add the seasoning packet).
- Heat up the butter on medium-low heat until melted.
- Add minced garlic and cook for a few minutes until soft but not burnt.
- Add red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until the brown sugar is dissolved.
- Toss the noodles in and coat them with the sauce.
- Crack your egg on top and either scramble it in or cover the pan and cook until the egg whites are mostly set.
- Top with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning and garnish with scallions.
- Serve hot in a bowl.
Notes
Do not add the ramen seasoning packet. If you prefer runny yolks, cover the pan just until whites are set.
