Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the coconut milk and red curry paste in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until well mixed.
  2. Add the lime juice and fish sauce, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Season the grouper fillets with salt and pepper, then gently place them in the skillet.
  4. Cover and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
