- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the coconut milk and red curry paste in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until well mixed.
- Add the lime juice and fish sauce, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season the grouper fillets with salt and pepper, then gently place them in the skillet.
- Cover and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy your Tropical Grouper with rice or vegetables!
Notes
