Description
A simple grilled steak recipe that cooks fast and tastes great with fresh herbs and garlic.

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Rub the mixture generously over both sides of the steaks.
- Place steaks on the grill and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Bring steaks to room temp for 20 minutes before grilling. Pat steaks dry so the rub sticks and crust forms.
