Description

A simple grilled steak recipe that cooks fast and tastes great with fresh herbs and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Rub the mixture generously over both sides of the steaks.
  4. Place steaks on the grill and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Bring steaks to room temp for 20 minutes before grilling. Pat steaks dry so the rub sticks and crust forms.
