Watergate Salad

A delightful and sweet dessert featuring pistachio pudding, pineapple, and marshmallows, perfect for potlucks and gatherings.

  • 1 package pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (in juice)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice) and mix well.
  2. Fold in the mini marshmallows and whipped topping until evenly combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped nuts and maraschino cherries if using.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add more whipped topping. Use crushed pineapple with juice for best flavor.
