- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the chicken breasts on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
