- 6–8 oz milk (any milk: almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, dairy milk, etc.)
Instructions
- Fill a blender or smoothie cup with frozen fruit (never go beyond the “fill” line on the cup).
- Add your choice of milk to the fill line of the smoothie cup or just enough to cover the frozen fruit.
- Blend until you reach your desired thickness.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen fruit. Consider using ripe bananas for a sweeter flavor; add protein powder or greens for extra nutrition.
