Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into a square large enough to wrap the brie.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry. If using, add a layer of jam on top of the brie.
- Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing all sides and ensuring it is fully wrapped.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Place the wrapped brie in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
To store any leftover brie, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container. It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore its crispiness before serving again.
