  1. Begin by washing the baby potatoes and cutting them in half.

  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  7. Once they are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes
