Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add the sliced beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice.
