- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add the sliced beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
