Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a mason jar or bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Fold in the mixed berries gently.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Stir again in the morning and enjoy cold or warmed up!
