- 1 lb ground pork or turkey
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground pork or turkey, cooking until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Add coleslaw mix and soy sauce, stirring until the cabbage is tender.
- Garnish with green onions.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to add more vegetables for extra crunch or adjust the soy sauce to taste. To make it gluten-free, use tamari or gluten-free soy sauce.
