- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Put the blueberries, banana, oats, whey protein powder, almond milk, and honey into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If you want it cold, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
Serve it in a tall glass, add fresh blueberries on top, and sprinkle cinnamon or oats for texture. Drink immediately for best taste.
