Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Foil for wrapping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat the grill.
  2. Mix broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place a portion of sausage on a piece of foil and add the broccoli mixture on top.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  5. Fold the foil into a packet, sealing it tightly.
