Ingredients

- 1 pound of flank steak, sliced into strips
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning
- 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the sliced steak, bell pepper, onion, fajita seasoning, and olive oil in a large bowl until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the crock pot.
- Pour the diced tomatoes over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
- Once cooked, serve on tortillas or over rice.
Notes
For a smoky flavor, add a splash of lime juice before serving. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
