Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz Rum
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 2 oz Cream of coconut
  • Ice
  • Sugar (for rimming)
  • Lime (for rimming)

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the sugar-lime rim: rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into a plate of sugar to coat.
  2. In a shaker, muddle blackberries and mint leaves together.
  3. Add rum, lime juice, cream of coconut, and ice to the shaker.
  4. Shake well until combined.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  6. Garnish with additional mint leaves and blackberries if desired.
  7. Enjoy your refreshing mojito!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum and add extra coconut cream and lime juice.
