A refreshing twist on the classic mojito with blackberries and creamy coconut.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Blackberries
- Fresh mint leaves
- 2 oz Rum
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 2 oz Cream of coconut
- Ice
- Sugar (for rimming)
- Lime (for rimming)
Instructions
- Start by preparing the sugar-lime rim: rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into a plate of sugar to coat.
- In a shaker, muddle blackberries and mint leaves together.
- Add rum, lime juice, cream of coconut, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake well until combined.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves and blackberries if desired.
- Enjoy your refreshing mojito!
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum and add extra coconut cream and lime juice.
