Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For the best crunch, use firm, fresh broccoli. Chill the salad for 30 minutes for a creamier texture.
