Ingredients

- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 cups water
- 2–3 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- Lime slices and cucumber slices for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the cucumbers and chop them into small pieces.
- Blend the cucumber pieces with the lime juice and water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp, if desired.
- Stir in sugar to taste until dissolved.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lime and cucumber slices.
