A refreshing drink combining cucumber and mint, perfect for hot weather.
Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel and slice the cucumber.
- In a blender, combine cucumber slices, mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a large pitcher to remove solids.
- Add water and stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves or cucumber slices.
Notes
Store leftovers in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator for up to a day. Stir gently before serving again.
