Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar alternative (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, melted butter, and honey.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape into rolls.
- Place the rolls in the skillet and cover with a lid.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
Brush with melted butter after cooking for a shiny top. Add sesame or poppy seeds on top before cooking for a variation.
