Easy Hawaiian Skillet Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar alternative (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, melted butter, and honey.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into small portions and shape into rolls.
  6. Place the rolls in the skillet and cover with a lid.
  7. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

Notes

Brush with melted butter after cooking for a shiny top. Add sesame or poppy seeds on top before cooking for a variation.
