- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 8 corn tortillas
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado, salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and a little water, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place corn tortillas on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla and fold them in half.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the tortillas are crispy.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for crispy tortillas.
