Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado, salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and a little water, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Place corn tortillas on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla and fold them in half.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the tortillas are crispy.
