Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Mix the vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.
- Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning often until they’re tender.
- Remove from grill and serve warm.
