Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the potatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
