Instructions

  1. Start by washing all your vegetables.
  2. Cut the bell peppers, cucumber, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Take a skewer and start threading the cherry tomatoes, followed by pieces of bell pepper, cucumber, and zucchini.
  4. Once your skewer is filled with colorful veggies, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve warm.
