- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the cabbage and bell peppers, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, consider using additional vegetables such as bean sprouts or broccoli. Adjust the spice level with red pepper flakes if desired.
