  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cabbage and bell peppers, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
