- 1/2 avocado, peeled
- 2 dates
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 carrot
- 1 teaspoon camu camu powder
- 1 inch piece fresh peeled turmeric
- 3 tablespoons kefir
- 2 teaspoons bee pollen
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 3 tablespoons cashews, soaked
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass, pop in a straw and you’re ready!

Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture. Top with additional hemp seeds or a sprinkle of bee pollen if desired.
