- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Foil for wrapping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare the grill.
- Combine the chopped steak and mixed vegetables in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
- Place the mixture in the center of a large piece of foil; fold and seal to create a packet.
- Bake or grill for about 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
- Carefully open the foil packet (watch out for steam) and serve hot.
Notes
